This page is dedicated to our brother,friend and founding member of Echelon Lefteri Doumpo.
Lefteris was a man of great character,with a great sence of humor and also very mature when needed.
He was also a very talented musician with intelligent and progressive ideas on music.
In 2003 he was one of the co founders of Echelon band, "a band set out to play and express our favourite music" as he said.
Although Lefteris suffered, since he was a child, from a self-immune disease which made his life difficult day to day,he never left his disease affect him in any way.
In the early 2015 his condition was rapidly declined. As a result he remained in an intensive care for 42 days fighting for his life. Unfortunately he lost the fight and died on 12 APRIL 2015 .
He will always be remembered through our music and our band and he will always be among us, as for us he NEVER LEFT.
